Dr Raduan, 64, faced two charges in his capacity as MPN president of misappropriating RM71,000 and channelling it into Dr Kefli's bank account. Dr Kefli, who was Global Reach Sdn Bhd chief executive officer, also faced seven charges for conspiring with Dr Raduan to misappropriating the funds.
