Nasi Lemak Stall Owner Escapes Car Crash After Driver Suffers Seizure

A Perodua Myvi driver, believed to have suffered a seizure, lost control of her vehicle and rammed into a parked Perodua Viva before crashing into a nearby nasi lemak stall. The stall owner sustained minor injuries while the driver was also taken to the hospital for treatment.

A nasi lemak stall owner narrowly escaped being hit by a Perodua Myvi car on Jalan Inderapura 17, Bandar Inderapura last night. Jerantut District Police Chief, Superintendent Zukri Muhammad, said that in the 9.30 pm incident, the stall owner suffered injuries to his shoulder and was treated at Hospital Jerantut . Before heading to the nasi lemak stall, the Perodua Myvi had also rammed into a Perodua Viva car belonging to a food stall operator parked in front of the premises.

The Perodua Myvi driver, a 22-year-old woman, was believed to have suffered a seizure, losing control and ramming into a Perodua Viva before entering the stall. According to Zukri, the female driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to Hospital Jerantut for further examination and treatment. He said that at the time of the incident, there were no customers in the stall, only the nasi lemak trader, Wan Azmi Wan Ibrahim, 42, was packing up equipment and preparing to close the premises.
