THE Pakatan Harapan government should stop offering excuses and implement the high minimum wage it promised in its manifesto, said Najib Razak, after Putrajaya announced a new minimum wage of RM1,200 effective next year., the former prime minister said the PH leaders had complained during his time in office that the Barisan Nasional government was not doing enough about the minimum wage
