Najib's addendum, KKB prep top on Umno's agenda during supreme council's May 3 meet

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Razak 's purported addendum order and Umno 's preparation for the Kuala Kubu Baharu by-election are among the top agenda in the party's supreme council meeting on Friday .

"Umno will give its full commitment to help the unity government's candidate represented by Pakatan in the Kuala Kubu Baharu by-election, by launching its election machinery from all of its divisions in Selangor and other states headed by the party," he said in a statement on Friday.The Election Commission had fixed May 11 for polling, with early voting on May 7.

"When we contested in a by-election previously, like in the Pelangai by-election, PKR and Amanah helped us.
