Najib’s 1MDB trial vacated to make way for SRC International hearing

NAJIB Razak’s 1Malaysia Development Bhd trial scheduled for today at the Kuala Lumpur High Court was vacated to make way for the SRC International Sdn Bhd hearing. This follows an application by the defence, led by Muhammad Shafee Abdullah, to vacate the scheduled continuation of the 1MDB proceedings because the SRC International trial, which also involves the former prime minister, has not yet ended.
