Najib confidant forfeits RM3.7 million in 1MDB suit

BUSINESSMAN Bustari Yusof has forfeited some RM3.7 million to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission as part of a settlement for a 1Malaysia Development Bhd-related forfeiture suit. Deputy public prosecutor Allan Suman informed the Kuala Lumpur High Court today that MACC said it received a cheque amounting to RM3.683 million yesterday.
