A spokesperson to the state governor, Ibrahim Mohammed, said the airstrikes were conducted in the vicinity of Bakori hills and Yartsintsiya areas of the council.
He said the daughter of the Ruwan Godiya village head who had been held captive for several months, was one of those that regained their freedom. “Among those who regained their freedom is the daughter of the Ruwan Godiya village head, who had been held captive for several months.
