The NAACP Camden County rallied for people to vote early with a party at the polls event at City Hall.
“Today is one of those days where we want everyone to get out to vote. We only have one day of Saturday voting,” said Kevin Walker, the political action committee chair of the NAACP Camden County.“Based upon what we have seen thus far in our county, we are expecting a great turnou. We’re always expecting a great turnout. So hopefully today won’t be any different than it has been in the last two weeks,” said Timothy Bessent Sr., the president of the NAACP Camden County.
The Camden County Courthouse is the only early voting site in Woodbine. There are also early voting locations in Kingsland and St. Marys.
