A father in Voorhees Township has filed a lawsuit against the board members of a children’s football program, alleging they used the playing field as “an adult party ground” and misappropriated funds meant to keep the sport up and running.
The Eastern JR Vikings Football program is now on hold as the township and the organization’s former board members fight allegations leveled at them in state and federal lawsuits. Charles Foulke III, a prominent businessman in the area, claims in court papers filed in New Jersey Superior Court that his kids have taken part in Eastern JR Vikings Football and cheerleading programs for over 18 years.
