BANGKOK (ANN): Actress Butsaran “Numtarn The Star” Thongchio, 28, succumbed to the mysterious illness that suddenly struck her down and passed away in the early hours of Friday at Bangkok's Siriraj Hospital.
Her film director father Wirote Thongchio confirmed the news in a Facebook post. “My daughter has passed away peacefully at 2.17am ... thank you everyone for caring for her.
The family has reportedly allowed doctors at Siriraj to analyse exactly what happened to Butsaran in order to help prevent the same thing happening to anyone else in future. The actress, who did not drink or smoke and had been in good health, suddenly began bleeding from her nose and mouth while at home in Samut Sakhon province on Tuesday.
