), a wireless broadband service by the state government, will soon introduce a home prepaid plan which offers a generous 200GB of data for as low as RM5 per week. The plan is targeted at households residing in rural and remote areas of Sarawak.
Minister for Utility and Telecommunication Sarawak Dato Sri Julaihi Narawi said the new service is expected to enable more individuals in rural areas of Sarawak to enjoy high-speed access in line with the state government’s aspiration to create a more inclusive and digitally connected Sarawak.
