MySejahtera app keeps crashing, say frustrated users

Downloading the MySejahtera app is compulsory if people want to receive RM50 in e-wallet credits in the form of vouchers, discounts and cashback, as announced on Sunday under the government’s short-term economic recovery or Penjana plan. – June 9, 2020.

AFTER downloading MySejahtera to obtain the government’s offer of RM50 in e-wallet credits, many social media users are complaining that the app crashes before they can even register their details, while some said they gave up and uninstalled it due to the onerous amount of information required. “I tried to register for #MySejahtera but failed because my request for OTP only got sent to me five hours later,” said @faezah_aiz on Twitter.
