Muslims in Terengganu are expected to celebrate Aidilfitri in maximum temperatures of around 35 to 36 degrees Celsius, lower than the temperatures of 36 to 37 degrees Celsius in some places last week. The Director of the Terengganu Meteorological Department, Rosli Zakaria, said that moderate to heavy rain is expected to occur in most places in Terengganu tomorrow morning. He added that the weather will clear up in the afternoon and evening. On Thursday, the weather is expected to be cloudy in most places in Terengganu and clear up in the afternoon and evening. Overall, the maximum temperature is expected to reach 35 degrees Celsius but will not exceed 37 degrees Celsius during the early days of this Aidilfitri celebration.
KUALA TERENGGANU : Umat Islam di Terengganu dijangka menyambut Aidilfitri dalam suhu maksimum sekitar 35 hingga 36 darjah Celcius, berkurangan berbanding 36 hingga 37 darjah Celcius di beberapa tempat pada minggu lalu.
“Secara keseluruhannya, suhu maksimum dijangka akan mencecah 35 darjah Celcius namun tidak akan melebihi 37 darjah Celcius pada hari-hari terawal Aidilfitri kali ini,” katanya ketika dihubungi Utusan Malaysia hari ini. Ketiga-tiga kawasan itu merekodkan bacaan suhu yang tinggi antara 35 darjah Celcius hingga 37 darjah Celcius dalam tempoh tiga hari berturut-turut.
