Davis’s 2,448-square-foot, three-bedroom pad at 108 Leonard St. snagged $4.6 million — almost the same price as the $4.59 million he paid for it.

The massive building spans the block between Lafayette Street and Broadway, and comes with a “paparazzi-proof” garage and three separate entrances. Built in 1894 by famed architects McKim, Mead & White, 108 Leonard still charms to this day.

The privacy element has also made it an attractive building for celebs like Nicole Kidman and her husband, country singer Keith Urban, Davis, a five-time Grammy winner, is the subject of a documentary currently on Netflix called “Clive Davis: The Soundtrack of Our Lives.”
