Municipal board member dies in horrific road crash in Isabela

A Sangguniang Bayan (municipal board) member of San Mateo, Isabela and a Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team member died while a barangay captain was injured in a road crash in Barangay Saranay, Cabatuan, Isabela on Sunday, May 14. ManilaBulletin

The Police Regional Office-2 identified the victims as SB Michael Angelo Ramones and BPAT member Mario Acupan from San Mateo.

Investigation said Ramones lost control of the Toyota Vios he was driving upon reaching a sharp curve and slammed into a concrete perimeter fence.He and Acupan were declared dead on arrival by the attending physician due to head injuries.
