KOTA KINABALU: A multi-level carpark meant to tackle decades-long parking woes in the Foh Sang commercial area in Luyang near here is turning into a nuisance and hazard instead.

Some allege that many vehicles and motorcycles head up the carpark ramps and then speed down over and over again. She said the building should have been a dream come true for residents and traders who have been struggling with parking problems for over 10 years. “These actions have caused significant noise disturbances, particularly affecting families with young children and elderly residents,” he said when contacted on Tuesday .
