Mohd Fadzil Mohd Yunus, 36, dari Kampung Durian Hijau, Terachi mendakwa disengat ulat bulu laut ketika bekerja sebagai pemandu pelancong di Pulau Pangkor, Perak pada Disember 2017.
“Saya dirujuk ke Hospital Seri Manjung untuk rawatan lanjut dan dimasukkan ke wad selama sebulan. Kes saya turut dirujuk kepada Hospital Angkatan Tentera Lumut. Anak kesembilan daripada 12 beradik itu berkata, dia menjalani beberapa pembedahan, tetapi kaki kirinya disahkan lumpuh dan tiada harapan untuk sembuh.
