Mujahid Yusof Rawa berkata perkara itu telah diputuskan Mahkamah Tinggi dan tiada isu berbangkit.
Mujahid Yusof Rawa diserbu media selepas sesi ‘Townhall’ Maqasid Syariah peringkat Wilayah Persekutuan, hari ini.
Nordin berkata pihak berkuasa juga yakin buku-buku berkenaan tidak selaras dengan ajaran Sunnah Wal Jamaah dan juga boleh menyebabkan kekeliruan dalam kalangan orang Islam. “Nampaknya menteri dalam negeri mempunyai budi bicara mutlak dalam mengharamkan buku yang tidak mengikut versi pihak berkuasa agama seperti Jakim,” katanya merujuk Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia.
Beliau berkata pihaknya akan bekerjasama dengan Majlis Agama Islam Negeri untuk mengenal pasti pusat tahfiz berisiko. Mujahid berkata, peruntukan yang akan disalurkan kepada pusat tahfiz terbabit adalah berdasarkan keperluan serta projek yang akan dilaksanakan.
