PROMISING institutional reforms without commitment is political expediency, DAP said of Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin’s appeal for support in an upcoming confidence vote in exchange for reforms. Party secretary-general Lim Guan Eng said Muhyiddin and his Perikatan Nasional government had no track record of the “commitment and sacrifice” that is required for meaningful progress.
