PRIME Minister Muhyiddin Yassin has promised to enact an anti-hopping law and carry out parliamentary reforms if he survives the confidence vote in Parliament next month. “I wish to make these suggestions across party lines if the confidence vote is approved,” said Muhyiddin during a last-minute live telecast on national television at 6pm today.
