Bekas Perdana Menteri, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin dikehendaki membayar RM400,000 kepada Lim Guan Eng sebelum 31 Disember ini iaitu sebahagian bayaran ganti rugi saman fitnah dikemukakan oleh Pengerusi DAP.

Perkara itu dimaklumkan oleh peguam Chetan Jethwani dan Guok Ngek Seong yang masing-masing mewakili Muhyiddin dan Guan Eng ketika ditemui media selepas prosiding dalam kamar di Mahkamah Tinggi di sini hari ini. Ahli Parlimen Bagan itu selaku pemiutang penghakiman, memfailkan permohonan berkenaan melalui firma guaman Tetuan Guok Partnership, dengan menamakan Muhyiddin selaku penghutang penghakiman.
Namun, Muhyiddin yang juga Ahli Parlimen Pagoh memohon untuk menggantungkan penghakiman itu sementara menunggu rayuannya didengar dan dilupuskan.
