MPs risk RM100,000 fine over failure to declare assets
Dewan Rakyat Speaker Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof says the standing orders committee is in the midst of finalising the quantum for the fine for lawmakers who fail to declare their assets. – The Malaysian Insight pic by Seth Akmal, February 15, 2020.This is in line with the Dewan Rakyat standing orders committee’s plans to amend and increase the penalty.
