MP wants Sarawak to make asset declaration a must for reps

BANDAR Kuching MP Dr Kelvin Yii has called on the Sarawak government to make it compulsory for state ministers and assemblymen to declare their assets, so as to restore public confidence in the administration. He said Chief Minister Abang Johari Openg should adopt the initiative in the spirit of transparency and accountability.
