A motorcycle taxi service known as 'gojek BKH' near the Bukit Kayu Hitam ICQS Complex has seen a surge in popularity, particularly among tourists traveling to Thailand.
A motorcycle taxi service called 'gojek BKH' near the Bukit Kayu Hitam Immigration, Customs, Quarantine, and Security (ICQS) Complex has been gaining popularity, especially during school holidays and festive seasons. 'It only takes a few minutes, less than 10 minutes if the immigration process is smooth. During peak season, it might be a bit crowded because many people are using motorcycle taxis, like last Friday, when there were dozens of motorcycles queuing,' said Ashraf, who has been working as a motorcycle taxi driver for 10 years. Meanwhile, his colleague, who wants to be known as Abang Jo, 62, said he switched to this field a few weeks ago compared to working as a lorry driver before. 'This job is really busy during peak seasons, with many tourists taking our motorcycles. Sometimes, we can't keep up with the demand,
