The bar will serve Mocha Coffee Co. craft coffee and wine from around the world while also featuring shareable small bites and specialty cocktails.

Owned by the Magna Family of Brands Hospitality Group, Motiv will be located at Van Aken Boulevard and Lee Road across from Shaker Heights Public Library. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for noon on its opening day. MOTIV will be the fourth concept from Magna Family of Brands, joining Magna Wine Boutique wine shop and tasting room locations in Bedford and downtown Cuyahoga Falls, as well as Mocha Coffee Co. in Macedonia.
“I lived in Shaker Heights as a child so opening a new concept in the Kingsbury Building is very exciting,” said Dre Wiley of the Magna Family of Brands Hospitality Group, in a news release. Wiley and his wife Brittany own the company. The Kingsbury is an historic 1920s Tudor-style building, one of the early apartments in Shaker Heights.7 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.“Social hour” will be 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday to Saturday.
