The revolving door to the Johannesburg mayor's office continues to spin as councillors in different factions are holed up in meetings to decide who will take Kabelo Gwamanda's spot as executive mayor if enough votes are secured to remove him.
On Tuesday, the council's programming committee tabled ActionSA's motion of no confidence against Gwamanda, which will be heard at the next council meeting next Tuesday.
