Breaking overnight: Mother, 11-year-old son wounded in drive-by shooting inside north Harris County home, sheriff says
Gonzalez said deputies with Harris County Pct. 4 Constable responded to the shooting which happened in the 5000 block of Roth Forest Lane at around midnight.
Details on the shooting were not immediately available. Sheriff Gonzalez said two suspects fired multiple gunshots at the mother’s home from a vehicle, striking her and her son inside.Both the mother and the 11-year-old son were rushed to an area hospital. The mother remains in fair condition, while the 11-year-old is in serious condition.
