Tiong King Sing berkata Lembaga Penggalakan Pelancongan Malaysia (Tourism Malaysia) giat melakukan pemasaran di Asia, Timur Tengah dan Eropah.
KUALA LUMPUR: Kerajaan bercadang melancarkan pakej Pelancongan Mesra Muslim seawal bulan depan bagi menarik lebih ramai pelancong Muslim ke negara ini khususnya dari Timur Tengah dan China yang mempunyai demografi penduduk Islam yang besar.
“MOTAC juga memohon agar pihak yang terlibat mengadakan kursus dan latihan bulan ini menyasarkan penglibatan sekurang-kurangnya 200 peserta untuk mendapatkan sijil berkaitan,” menurutnya dalam kenyataan malam ini. Katanya MOTAC juga bersedia menjalin kerjasama bagi membangunkan pakej mewah yang kreatif serta menarik seperti pelancongan golf dan perubatan.
