In a statement on Tuesday , Brig. Gen. John Chua, police regional office 1 director, identified the suspect as Robert Manzano Lopez, 35, and a resident of Lidlidda.Lopez was arrested after authorities received “reliable confidential information” that he was planning to travel from Mountain Province to Candon City in Ilocos Sur, according to Chua.
The suspect has been categorized as a “most wanted person” in the country, with the Department of Interior and Local Government offering at least P140,000 for his arrest, added Chua.
