The MMDA also reported flooding in the following areas: Edsa SB Panay Ave towards Mo. Ignacia; EDSA Kamuning Northbound and Southbound; East Ave. Westbound before EDSA; and C5 Eastwood SB. Other flooded areas include Balintawak Market; España; and G. Araneta, among others.
The Southwest Monsoon or Habagat will be affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, PAGASA said. Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, PAGASA said.
PAGASA further said the rest of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience light to moderate winds moving southwestward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
