Multiple countries have promised to support the country with aid and the recovery process. “Morocco’s King Mohammed has declared three days of national mourning … because his country has been completely devastated by an extraordinary earthquake,” said CNN Reporter Sam Kiley. The earthquake measured “6.7 on the Richter scale,” Mr Kiley said. “Large numbers of the roads, the communications networks have been severed by this earthquake which is completely unanticipated.”
