Two weeks after the terrorist group Hamas attacked southern Israel, protests have sparked throughout the nation, with pro-Palestine rallies demanding a ceasefire in Gaza.
The protest began around 5 p.m. on the steps of the New York Public Library, and multiple New York elected officials joined the movement. Marching from Fifth Avenue and along Third Avenue, protesters held signs that read “Free Palestine” and “Ceasefire Now.”
