Four Bersatu MPs have declared support for the prime minister.
Deputy prime minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said the government must not make negative assumptions of the four MPs’ reasons for supporting Anwar Ibrahim’s administration.
KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy prime minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi says more opposition MPs will announce their support for Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.“We anticipate that not only these four individuals, but more will give their support to the prime minister,” said Zahid. The Umno president added that the government must not make negative assumptions of the four MPs’ reasons for supporting Anwar Ibrahim’s administration.
