A Montgomery police officer on administrative leave since late February has been charged with using a stolen credit card, the department said Tuesday. Officer Gregory Harvey, 24, was charged with third-degree theft of property and nine counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, said Maj. Saba Coleman. The department has initiated disciplinary proceedings against Harvey in wake of the charges.The officer was placed on administrative leave on Feb. 26 after the department was made aware of the allegations against him, said Coleman.
