Dr Ryan appeared in court dressed in a blue suit and wearing a mask. Ms Rugg was not present but watched proceedings via video link.

"Ms Rugg and I are pleased with the outcome today. The issues at the core of Ms Rugg’s substantive complaints are deeply important to her," he said.
