Try 1 month freeOn Friday, Ms Rugg's lawyer told the Federal Court Dr Ryan agreed to participate in mediation as long as it was not held on parliamentary sitting days. Dr Ryan appeared in court dressed in a blue suit and wearing a mask. Ms Rugg was not present but watched proceedings via video link.
"Ms Rugg and I are pleased with the outcome today. The issues at the core of Ms Rugg’s substantive complaints are deeply important to her," he said.
