Mom files lawsuit against LAUSD alleging son was vaccinated against COVID-19 without her consent
Maribel Duarte and her lawyer Nicole Pearson of Facts Law Truth Justice, LLP. announced the lawsuit during a press conference Wednesday outside LAUSD offices. LAUSD is facing a lawsuit for allegedly bribing a student to get vaccinated without his mother's consent.
