Kyle Mullen's death is now under investigation and no official cause has been released.Regina Mullen believes her son was abandoned when he was most in need.

Regina Mullen said her son had been treated for SIPE during training in January. Later that month during"hell week," NCIS investigators told her he was treated with oxygen twice, including on the day he died. "At that point, I said, 'He doesn't know what day of the week it is. He hasn't slept in five days. How can he make that determination?'"

"They need better training. They need better monitoring.
