A Pennsylvania woman who drove her children to a prison and then lay topless on her car in view of hooting inmates will herself be serving jail time.
Berrios was arrested on Sept. 16, 2021, outside the Lancaster County Prison. A police officer reported that she was naked from the waist up and lying on the hood of her Volkswagen sedan in view of the prison windows. Prosecutors say Berrios went “to see a specific inmate” but was in view of multiple men who could be heard yelling from inside the prison.
