Moe signed an order-in-council last month pardoning roughly 30 people charged with traffic offences, including his brother Kris Moe, who was ticketed for driving through an amber light near Prince Albert in January 2021.
He also confirmed Kris Moe was his brother; previously, government had only confirmed the two were somehow related. Kris Moe told the CBC last week he was wrongfully accused and wasn’t in Prince Albert at the time it was issued.
