“Obviously, we’re conscious and concerned about sustainability,” says Arete Developments cofounder Rylund Hunter. “We really wanted to be forward thinking in that regard.”The unparalleled modern luxury the project is planning will be found in the carefully curated finishes such as Sub-Zero Wolf appliance packages, and the rooftop patio with views of Rotary Park across the street, and the River Landing development.
Each suite will enjoy a panoramic view of the river in its ever-changing seasonal splendour, and private garden views from the primary bedroom on the back of the building. The suites are generously portioned starting at 1,800 square feet, with the largest boasting 3,000 square feet of modern living space. One of the most unique features of the building is direct elevator access into each suite.
