MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority on Friday warned motorists of possible gridlocks along primary avenues in the capital region this weekend. This is because the Department of Public Works and Highways is scheduled to conduct road repairs from March 31 to April 3 along certain sections of Edsa, C-5 Road, A. Bonfacio Avenue, and Commonwealth Avenue.The MMDA said motorists should plan ahead and take alternative routes as the DPWH will carry out road reblocking in these areas:C-5 Road after Elevated U Turn Slot , Pasig CityEdsa NB near MRT Buendia Station , Makati CityEdsa SB before Dario Bridge and fronting Lemon Square Bldg.
