MLB star Mike Trout and billionaire golf legend Tiger Woods are linking up to bring a golf course to Trout’s hometown of Vineland, New Jersey.
Trout’s $427 million contract is the largest in baseball history, while Woods’ $121 million in prize money is by far the most in PGA Tour history. Woods’
in career earnings on and off the course helped him become one of two active athletes to be named a billionaire by. Trout’s club will be the tenth 9- or 18-hole course designed by Woods’ firm, as the 47-year-old takes a page out of his predecessors Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer and expands his legacy in the sport as his playing days wind down.
