Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane and the political parties backing her want to turn the inquiry into her fitness for office into an investigation of allegations levelled by her husband against Section 194 Committee chairperson Qubudile Dyantyi.
Mkhwebane, who last testified on 31 March, once again did not deliver any testimony at the inquiry on Wednesday, as she is still without legal representation.
