31-year-old Jasmine Lynn Forbes was last seen in Shippensburg at some point Wednesday, but state police did not provide a specific location or time she was seen. State police said there is reason to believe that Forbes may be missing and in danger and is asking for help locating her.Anyone with information on Forbes’ whereabouts is asked to contact state police’s Carlisle barracks at 717-249-2121.
