Chris Minns has delivered on his promise to refer John Barilaro to the anti-corruption watchdog after a report into the funding for bushfire affected communities found there was a lack of 'transparency' and 'integrity' in the allocation of funds.

The NSW Opposition Leader on Friday gave Mr Barilaro 24 hours to answer questions about the report or risk being referred to the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
