Led by Kane Milling's 24 points, the UC Davis Aggies defeated the Long Beach State Beach 88-78 on Saturday night. The Aggies improved to 19-12 with the victory and the Beach fell to 18-14.
LONG BEACH, Calif. — Kane Milling scored 24 points as UC Davis beat Long Beach State 88-78 on Saturday night.
Milling had five rebounds for the Aggies . Ty Johnson shot 4 of 13 from the field and 9 for 9 from the line to add 18 points. Elijah Pepper shot 4 of 5 from the field and 7 of 7 from the free-throw line to finish with 17 points. Marcus Tsohonis led the Beach in scoring, finishing with 21 points, five assists and two steals. Jadon Jones added 13 points and two blocks for Long Beach State. AJ George also recorded 11 points and three steals.
