Miley Cyrus Just Kicked Off 2020 By Cutting Off All Her Hair

Cyrus still has bangs, but she cut the rest of her hair into a layered shag that looks edgy and cool. Until recently, her signature blonde hair was long enough to dust her shoulders.

Cyrus has never shied away from dramatic hair changes. Back in November, Cyrus had both her mom Tish and hairstylist Sally Hershberger create a punky new haircut. Hershberger told"Miley wanted to go more punk. She wanted something edgy." She continued,"We went with a modern mullet that she can wear sleek, but also wavy and messy." Her latest hair transformation seems like a slightly shorter version of this exact cut.
