Stanley Cup winner Mike Babcock is expected to be formally named the next head coach of the Columbus Blue Jackets when his contract with the Maple Leafs expires later this month.
Aside from the Maple Leafs and the Red Wings, the veteran coach also had a stint with the Anaheim Ducks. He has 17 years of NHL coaching experience.
