The restaurant will be in downtown Grapevine.
The concept is known for thin crust pizzas, particularly its star shaped pizza filled with ricotta — Viola’s signature creation. He first opened Mister O1 in Miami in 2014 after moving from Italy to the United States through an O-1 visa, which the government grants to individuals with “extraordinary ability” in their field.The menu features pizzas, calzones, salads and burrata.
There are now 16 Mister O1 locations spread throughout Florida, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Texas.
