In an ABS-CBN News report, Solano said she was “shocked” when her daughter asked her about it as it was the first time she has heard of such reports mentioning her name.
Solano said she has been working for many years in the MIAA and has not been involved in any wrongdoing. She also said the media entity and reporter who filed the alleged smuggling story should have contacted the MIAA’s media affairs for verification.
